【赴外交換申請】2026年秋季韓國釜山大學中文系交換生計畫

各位同學們好：

本校中語系與韓國釜山大學（Pusan National University, PNU）中文系於本學期正式開啟兩校系交換學生合作。歡迎有意願於 1151 學期（2026 年秋季班）前往姐妹校交流的同學，依照下列說明向全球處提交申請。

一、交流計畫概覽

・學校及院系資訊： 韓國釜山大學中文系

・交流名額： 2名

・交流學期： 2026年秋季班（2026年9月至12月）

・重要補充： 由於此為兩系首次合作，第一期交換生名額為 2 名，並將以研究生為優先；第二期之後將視成效陸續增加名額。

二、申請流程與時間表

STEP 1：校內初審流程（即日起至 3/30）

請於 3/30(一) 中午12:00前 完成以下兩項作業：

1. 線上申請： 填寫 線上志願申請表 。
2. 紙本繳交： 填寫完表單後，請將以下文件送至全球事務處 (R70208)：

・赴外交流志願表

・中文歷年成績單 (含排名)

・英文歷年成績單

・兩年內英檢證明影本

STEP 2：等待本校初審結果

全球處將進行約 2-3 個工作日的審核，預計於 4/1(三) 前 寄發電子郵件通知是否通過初審提名。

STEP 3：準備姐妹校申請資料（繳交期限至 4/9）

通過初審提名之同學，請於 4/9(四) 前準備以下姐妹校申請資料（所有文件應以英語填寫）：

1. 申請表： 請使用附件格式，並同時提交 WORD 與 PDF 檔。
2. 證件照： 1張 (3.5cm * 4.5cm)。
3. 護照影本。
4. 成績單（英文版）： 1份。本國籍學生需完成公證流程（請於初審通過後再進行）。
5. 在學證明（英文版正本）： 1份。本國籍學生需完成公證流程（請於初審通過後再進行）。
6. 英文版存款證明： 金額需以 USD 標示。
7. 學習計畫書： 請使用附件格式，並以英文撰寫。

Announcement: Exchange Student Program – Pusan National University (Fall 2026)

The Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Pusan National University (PNU), Korea, has launched a new exchange program with the YZU Department of Chinese Language and Literature.

1.Program Information

• Host University/Dept: Dept. of Chinese Language and Literature, Pusan National University

• Available Quota: 2 students

• Exchange Period: Fall 2026 (September – December 2026)

• Special Note: As this is the inaugural semester of this partnership, the initial quota is set at 2 students, with priority given to graduate students. The quota may be increased in future terms based on the program's success.

2.Application Process

Step 1: Internal Application (By March 30)

Complete the following by 12:00 noon, March 30 (Mon):

1. Online Form: Submit online application .

2. Hard-copy Submission: Submit the following to the Global Affairs Office (R70208):

   • YZU Exchange Program Volunteer Form

   • Official Chinese transcript (including ranking)

   • Official English transcript

   • Copy of English proficiency test results (taken within the last 2 years)

Step 2: Internal Screening Results

Nominated students will be notified via email by April 1 (Wed) after a 2-3 day screening period.

Step 3: Host University Application (By April 9)

Nominated students must prepare the following documents in English and submit them by April 9 (Thu):

1. Application Form: Use the provided template; submit both WORD and PDF files.

2. Passport-sized Photo: (3.5cm * 4.5cm).

3. Copy of Passport.

4. Official Academic Transcript (English): 1 copy. Notarization is required for ROC citizens (to be completed after passing internal screening).

5. Certificate of Enrollment (Original English): 1 copy. Notarization is required for ROC citizens (to be completed after passing internal screening).

6. Bank Statement in English: The balance must be indicated in USD.

7. Study Plan: Use the provided template and complete it in English.
